Our Commitment to Quality
Every OSKAR-BEBEHUT™ bike trailer is engineered for safety, durability, and real-world performance. Our products are manufactured in-house at our own factory with over 20 years of production experience, and are tested to meet or exceed international safety standards including ASTM F1975 (USA), CPSIA (USA), EN 15918 (EU), and CE marking.
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
30-Day Product Warranty
We provide a 30-day product warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, missing components, and structural issues that arise under normal, intended use of the product.
This warranty is separate from our Return & Refund Policy. The Return & Refund Policy governs your right to return a product after purchase (7 days for US customers / 14 days statutory right for EU customers). The Warranty Policy covers product quality issues that may appear during normal use within the warranty period.
What Is Covered
Within 30 days of receiving your order, the following issues are covered under this warranty:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Missing parts or components that were supposed to be included
- Structural failures or breakage under normal use conditions
- Faulty hardware, connectors, or fasteners
- Defective fabric, stitching, or seams (e.g., tears not caused by misuse)
How We Resolve Warranty Claims
When a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will resolve the issue using the most appropriate method from the following options, at our discretion:

Our priority is to resolve your issue as quickly as possible with minimal inconvenience to you. In most cases, we can resolve issues by shipping replacement parts directly, avoiding the need for a full product return.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at dean@oskar-bebehut.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the defect (and the overall product for context)
Step 3: Our quality team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with a proposed resolution.
Step 4: If a product return is required for inspection, we will provide the return shipping address. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping cost.
What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
- Damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow the provided instructions
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair by third parties
- Exposure to extreme conditions beyond the product's intended use (e.g., excessive weight beyond stated capacity)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality or safety (e.g., minor scratches, scuffs)
- Damage caused during shipping (please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping damage claims)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces
Shipping Damage vs. Warranty Claims
These are handled differently:
- Shipping Damage (product arrived damaged): Report within 48 hours of delivery. Contact the carrier and email us with photos. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Warranty Claim (defect found during use): Report within 30 days of delivery. Follow the warranty claim process above.
Beyond the Warranty Period
After the 30-day warranty period, we are still here to help. If you experience an issue with your OSKAR-BEBEHUT product, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee coverage beyond the warranty period, we may be able to offer assistance, replacement parts at cost, or other solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Your Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. EU consumers may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Sales Directive, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee for the conformity of goods.
