At OSKAR-BEBEHUT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review the following return and refund conditions.
7-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
You may return your product(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging, accessories, parts, and documentation intact.
- The product and its original packaging must be in a condition suitable for resale (no visible damage, stains, or missing components).
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped to our designated return warehouse (provided upon return authorization).
- A refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned product.
To initiate a return within 7 days: 1. Contact us at dean@oskar-bebehut.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address. 3. Ship the product back to the designated address with the RA number clearly marked on the package. 4. Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
After 7 Days — Limited Return Window
After the initial 7-day period, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may accept returns for products that are still in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging, but approval is not guaranteed.

30-Day Product Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If, within 30 days of receipt, your product exhibits any of the following issues under normal use:
- Manufacturing defects
- Missing parts or components
- Structural damage not caused by misuse
We will resolve the issue through one of the following methods (at our discretion):

To file a quality claim: 1. Contact us at dean@oskar-bebehut.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the defect. 3. Our quality team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days with a proposed resolution. 4. If a return is required for inspection, we will provide the return address. In the case of confirmed manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without stating any reasons, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without stating any reasons. The 14-day period begins after receipt of the goods by you or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from any form of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please ensure sufficient postage and retain your shipping receipt for your records.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products manufactured to the customer's specific requirements
- Products that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
- Products with missing or damaged original packaging, accessories, or documentation (unless the product itself has a quality defect)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces (not directly from oskar-bebehut.com)
Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have approved the return.
- Original shipping costs: Standard shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For EU withdrawal rights, standard delivery costs are refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items Received
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective upon arrival:
- Do not discard the product or packaging.
- Document the damage with photographs showing both the product and the shipping packaging.
- Report the damage to the shipping carrier immediately (if applicable).
- Contact us at dean@oskar-bebehut.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description, and photographs.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement product, replacement parts, or issuing a refund.
