Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship OSKAR-BEBEHUT products to the following regions:
🇺🇸 United States
We deliver to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia. Orders are fulfilled from our strategically located warehouses across the United States for fast and efficient delivery.
Please note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

🇪🇺 European Union
We deliver to select EU countries from our European warehouse in Cologne, Germany. Currently available delivery destinations:

Due to the size and weight of bike trailers, shipments may be classified as oversized or bulky goods, which may affect the carrier and delivery timeline.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping method selected. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. The specific terms and qualifying conditions of such promotions will be clearly stated on the website during the promotional period.
Shipment Tracking
📍 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details, including a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment online and stay informed about its delivery status at any time.
Please note:
- If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at dean@oskar-bebehut.com or amanda@oskar-bebehut.com — we'll investigate the status for you.
- If your order includes more than one item, it may be shipped in multiple packages or from different warehouse locations.
- Due to the size of bike trailers, they are classified as oversized/bulky goods and may take longer to arrive than smaller accessories in your order. Unfortunately, we have limited influence on delivery times for bulky goods, as they depend on the carrier's processes.

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local shipping conditions, customs processing (for EU orders), and carrier capacity.
- If your order includes a bike trailer, the shipment may be split into multiple deliveries due to the size and weight of the trailer. The trailer portion may require additional time.
- We will inform you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and provide a tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment.
Pre-Order / Pre-Sale Items
🏷️ For products listed as Pre-Order or Pre-Sale:
- All delivery dates are estimated and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay occurs, we will inform you proactively via email.
- Payment is charged at the time of order, even if the product ships at a later date.
- The estimated delivery date is clearly stated on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout.
- You may cancel your pre-order before it has shipped. Please refer to your order confirmation email and our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Customs and Import Duties (EU Orders)
For orders shipped to the European Union, the price displayed at checkout includes applicable taxes (VAT) where we are the importer of record. However, depending on local regulations, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

The currency displayed on the website is determined by your selected shipping destination. The final charge to your payment method will reflect the currency shown at checkout.
When Is Payment Charged?
Payment is processed and charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully captured.
For pre-order or pre-sale items, payment is also charged at the time of order placement, even if the product ships at a later date. The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.
Payment Security
Your payment information is always protected. Our store uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to secure all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
All payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), which is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider — the highest level of payment security certification available. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers.
Payment Verification
To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may verify your payment information before processing your order. In rare cases, this may result in a brief delay. If we are unable to verify your payment, we will contact you via the email address associated with your order.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, please:
- Verify that your card details, billing address, and CVV are entered correctly.
- Ensure your card has not expired and has sufficient funds.
- Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm the transaction has not been blocked.

Refund Processing Times
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following estimated processing times:

- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: 5–10 business days (refunded to the linked card or account)
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. The refund will appear on your statement once your bank has completed the processing.
Sales Tax
- United States: Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with federal and state tax regulations.
- European Union: All prices displayed include VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by local law.
